Meet the Adjust 4 Life Wellness Center Team

The entire staff at Adjust 4 Life Wellness Center takes your health and their health very seriously.  We know that if we do not get adjusted regularly, exercise, and eat nutritious whole foods we will not function at 100%.  To give our practice members the level of care and attention they need we take care of ourselves and our families first.  Be assured that we will never make any recommendations for you that we would not make for our own family.

Rachel
Introducing Rachael

I was born in Wayne County, Michigan and grew up in Burnsville, Minnesota.  From  there I graduated high school and then moved to Kansas City, Missouri to attend a school of ministry. I recently got married to a man from Wisconsin and I love being married. I am looking forward to serving the people here at the clinic and seeing them get well and be free of pain! I also plan to continue studying in the medical field.

Lisa
Introducing Lisa

My name is Lisa.  I am a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.  I was born and raised on the Jersey Shore and after graduation I managed a high volume retail store for 15 years.  Along with that I also served in my local church as youth minister for 12 years.  I moved to Missouri in 2005 to be a part of a local church here in Kansas City.  That is where I met Dr. Chris and Dr. Emily Long.  Shortly after being introduced to the Long’s they became my Chiropractors.  It wasn’t long after where we decided to make me apart of their team here at Adjust 4 Life.  I have been a part of their finance department and look forward to many great years ahead.

We also have four wonderful massage therapists available for your added health benefit. Click here for more information on Massage Therapy and our Massage Therapists.

Dr. Chris Asks some important questions of interest to Kansas City residents - Chiropractor Kansas City Dr. Chris Asks...

Can someone who has had back surgery receive chiropractic care?
Yes. Rest assured that we will avoid the surgically modified areas of your spine. However, what we find is that surgical interventions will often produce spinal instability above or below the involved level. This is will be the focus of your chiropractic care.
What's the difference between maintenance, prevention and wellness?
Maintenance chiropractic care is an attempt to keep a dynamic, ever-changing and adapting organism (you) in a static relationship with your environment. Preventive chiropractic care is mostly about early detection. Wellness chiropractic care is an attempt to optimize our health and be all that you were designed to be.
